first time booking citilink for international flight and they just opened a new route. I got 15 kgs baggage and first booking got another free 5 kgs so I thought can use 20 kgs but check in counter staff the 5 kgs can't be used and I needed to pay the extra. If 5 kgs can't for international flight it's supposed to not added. The system should add more validation.

Your app isn't legit, please work on for a better customer service experience. it has been Hussle and waited for too long to get the information from your apps. my internet works best, opening other apps has no problem, I really find many difficulties on your system. please work well with your developers and IT team. I think you know how to make your customers happy and have the smiles on their faces. Cheers,
