So many glitch and error and inconvenience using this app. First it won't let me logged in, and then when I finally can log in (by uninstalled and reinstalled the app) it won't do anything.

Horrible experience, no need to provide the ATM payment option if the app actually can't accept it, just delete the ATM payment and provide VA payment only, time wasted to pay through ATM but it's error all the time

I reinstalled my app cause for the last months this app keep having trouble, always say that i have no internet connection. But after i reinstalled and get the latest version, I can't even login to my acc with the same reason "no internet connection" while other apps are fine. When i complained to customer service they keep telling me that their IT department say that there's no problem with the app and then cut off our conversation one sidedly. If i can, I'll give 0 star as my vote.
