Disappointing shopping at Superindo. After collect enough stickers, the item is none. Try online shopping, order hasn't been made because an error by system, the promo was already disappeared. Even go to offline store, purchase with promo can't be made due to system error when try online purchase at My Super Indo app. It detected that I have used the promo but actually I haven't. Very poor system of Superindo.

They canceled my order around 10 minutes after the payment went through, saying the item was out of stock. If they had canceled right away I’d understand, but 10 minutes later is frustrating — I’d already asked someone at home to pick it up and they were on the way 🙄 Ended up ordering from another app instead, and luckily they delivered it straight to my house.

can't checkout location not supported error , even tough while Check out is still on bandung city.
