Teluk Dalam Village is one of the villages in the Kuala Indragiri area whose capital is Hidayat or commonly known as Kampung Hidayat-Sapat, because in Kampong Hidayat there is the tomb of a great scholar named Syekh Abdurrahma Siddiq, he is a scholar who came from south Kalimantan province.

During ± 27 years as mufti of the Indragiri kingdom, he was dedicated to spreading the Islamic religion and benefiting the people. he also opened coconut plantations, agriculture in the village of Hidayat until now plantations, agriculture have become the main income of the people of Teluk Dalam village. Besides that, Teluk Dalam, especially Hidayat Village, has become a religious tourism icon in Indragiri Hilir Regency.
