This tracking is connected directly with the customs data center. The shipment tracking facility requires a valid receipt / AWB number

# Import Duty and Import Tax Calculator
Is a simulation of calculating import duties and import taxes. This calculator has been adjusted to the latest regulations regarding the rules of shipment. Please note that the calculation listed in this calculator is a simulation and cannot be used as a legal basis. Determination of import duties and import taxes uses the official assessment method

# Exchange rate information
Exchange rate information that is connected directly with the data center of the Fiscal Policy Agency.

# New features
Tracking the status of submission of import documents (PIB), exports (PEB), manifest, TPB and excise for Service Users who have access to User User Portal services

Doesn't work at all. I only use it to calculate my taxes, but it just shows 0s every single time. I download it just because your customer service told me so. I mean come on, it should just be a simple computation function, one of the most basic thing in programming. How foolish I am to think that you would answer me properly based on the testimonies on your social media. If you can't make a proper app, don't even bother to promote it and just answer my dang question. Sorry, rants over.

How could anyone release an app like this to public? Worst.... Terrible.... I'll put a minus star if there is one..... Don't bother to contact the call center. For an institution working solely on regulations, the call centre doesn't even read any of those anyway. The bottom line is, just go to their office and ask any of the officers there. You'll find a more convenient service. For all the money you need to pay, you'll get minimum info why you have to pay that much.....

Can't use! When I open the app always prompt out error as " pls check connections" even my Internet was online good. Please fix it so that it can be used and made easier for everyone who needs it. Tq
