The Customs Mobile application provides shipment status tracking, an import duty and tax calculator, exchange rate checking, and a new Self-Service Report (SSR) feature.

# Shipment Tracking
This tracking is directly connected to the customs data center. Shipment tracking requires a valid receipt number/AWB.

# Import Duty and Import Tax Calculator
This is a simulation of import duty and import tax calculations. This calculator has been adjusted to comply with the latest regulations regarding shipment regulations. Please note that the calculations in this calculator are simulations and cannot be used as legal basis. Import duty and import tax determination uses the official assessment method.

# Exchange Rate Information
Exchange rate information directly connected to the Fiscal Policy Agency's data center.

# New Features
The Mobile Self-Service Report (SSR) is a self-service service that provides real-time reporting of incoming and/or outgoing activities by recipients of Bonded Warehouse (TPB) facilities.

This feature, included in the "Browse Documents" feature, is intended for Service Users who have access to the "Service User Portal."

Doesn't work at all. I only use it to calculate my taxes, but it just shows 0s every single time. I download it just because your customer service told me so. I mean come on, it should just be a simple computation function, one of the most basic thing in programming. How foolish I am to think that you would answer me properly based on the testimonies on your social media. If you can't make a proper app, don't even bother to promote it and just answer my dang question. Sorry, rants over.

How could anyone release an app like this to public? Worst.... Terrible.... I'll put a minus star if there is one..... Don't bother to contact the call center. For an institution working solely on regulations, the call centre doesn't even read any of those anyway. The bottom line is, just go to their office and ask any of the officers there. You'll find a more convenient service. For all the money you need to pay, you'll get minimum info why you have to pay that much.....
