Bad Experience with this indonesian goverment apps, UI and UX, are not easy to get the best information. Use this apps since 2021 using normal but have many bugs, and then until now i can not recover using forget password facilities, recovery link and command never be seen on my registered email, hundred times trying to recover, unsuccesfull progress, try talk to contact center, the messages template answer by robot and operating by another private company. useless application.

App was lagging before and after the update. What's the point of updating if never resolves the bugs and issues? Just when I really needed to access information, the app has to fail me. This is frustrating. Developer please fix it fast!

when I just install app,easy to register n easy to use. but about 1 month later,it can't be login. always say the username or password Salah. actually the email n password is correct. whats wrong about this experience...?
