Horrible experience. Took me 2 hours+ to complete application. Super buggy app. e. g., 1. Super slow loading - even w/ 300mbps connection, 2. Map/manual search isn't functional, 3. Empty location shown with no explanation (note: if you apply for e-passport and you encounter same, try changing passport type to normal, likely they are running out of electronic ones), 4. Payment status isn't updated automatically. Many other minor bugs, but the ones listed above surely need to be fixed.

Terrible UX. I would say the UI is clean enough, but the fields in the passport replacement form is reset whenever the app is left idle too long, which means you have to fill ALL data again. Unexplained app error causes you to log out. Some features / pages don't even load at all. Would much rather go to the Immigration office and get it sorted out there manually.

Interface was good and pretty self explanatory but the processing time was really bad. At first i couldnt log in at all. Waited until the next day then log in was success. However came another issue, stuck on certain pages when trying to take pictures. It can be solved by using Upload instead. Then, when it was time for payment, I couldnt access the Payment Guidance page at all until now. Overall, the intention and the drive for efficiency is good but so many works to do fot this app
