About this app

The M-Passport application is an application that can be used by the public to apply for a new passport and change passports online. This application makes it easier for applicants in the passport making process where applicants can easily input the applicant's personal data and upload the required documents online anywhere and anytime. This application is now available for all Immigration Offices throughout Indonesia.

The following are the features of the M-Passport:

**Register From Home Only**
Applicants can easily access the application even from home! No need to queue for hours and wait at the Immigration Office.

**Convenience in Immigration Services**
Now with One account you can apply for multiple passport applications online without any limitations.

**Free to Choose Immigration Office**
Now applicants can apply for a passport at all immigration offices in Indonesia through the online M-Passport application.

**Payment Ease**
After the data is complete, the applicant can immediately make payments to continue the passport registration process.

**Free to Choose Arrival Schedule**
Applicants can choose their own arrival schedule to the intended Immigration Office according to their needs and desires.

**Change Arrival Schedule**
Now you don't have to worry anymore if you can't come to the immigration office when your passport application schedule arrives, now the applicant has the opportunity to change the arrival schedule on D-1 before the day of his arrival. So make sure to return the date of arrival yes!.

ok, i have to be fair. my last review was on 2022, 4 yrs later i use this app again, well, so much improvement, such as now i can choose which imigration office for further process (used to be automatically by gps) .. ans quite fast !! limiting number of client to be processed but split it into several time section is also good... keep up good work !!

it's the most horrible experience ever i had.upon try to select the date for submitted,all slot absolutty FULL. no slot available.This is the way goverment ROB the PUBLIC.one only option came direct to immigration office,direct apply,with limit slot only 10 perday,and with SUPER EXTRA CHARGE.1MILION ( 1JT) INDONESIAN MONEY.IT'S RIDICULOUS.👹

Applying a new passport is so much hassle. The documents need to be uploaded right away, if it's changed to other app you will have to start over. As I'm booking during the last week of the month, the app hasn't opened the quota for next month in any day. When asked to the admin when will it be available they said to keep checking until it's available. Overall, just like any other governments app it's rubbish!
