The app was touted as being “easier” but it turned out to be anything but. This app was also plagued by bugs and technical problems, making it unreliable and almost impossible to use. It’s been months and months since I tried to use this app. Its slow performance added to the frustration of an already poor experience. Despite its advertised benefits, the app was a major disappointment, providing a negative and unsatisfactory experience, frustrating, buggy, and waste of time. Please fix this!

Horrible experience. Took me 2 hours+ to complete application. Super buggy app. e. g., 1. Super slow loading - even w/ 300mbps connection, 2. Map/manual search isn't functional, 3. Empty location shown with no explanation (note: if you apply for e-passport and you encounter same, try changing passport type to normal, likely they are running out of electronic ones), 4. Payment status isn't updated automatically. Many other minor bugs, but the ones listed above surely need to be fixed.

Terrible UX. I would say the UI is clean enough, but the fields in the passport replacement form is reset whenever the app is left idle too long, which means you have to fill ALL data again. Unexplained app error causes you to log out. Some features / pages don't even load at all. Would much rather go to the Immigration office and get it sorted out there manually.
