Helios Remote is an enterprise remote support application that enables authorized IT administrators and support personnel to securely assist Android device users in real time.
With the user's explicit permission, support personnel can view the device screen, diagnose issues, guide users through troubleshooting, and remotely interact with the device to resolve technical problems more efficiently.
Helios Remote uses Android's AccessibilityService API exclusively to provide remote device control during an active remote support session.
When the user explicitly enables the Accessibility Service, an authorized support administrator can perform remote interactions such as: tapping and selecting items, scrolling through screens, typing text into input fields, navigating the device interface
AccessibilityService is used only to provide remote assistance during an active support session. The service is not used to monitor user activity, collect personal information, record audio, or perform actions outside the user's authorized remote support session.
The user must manually enable AccessibilityService through Android's Accessibility Settings and can disable it at any time.
