KU SERVICE is a simple bookkeeping application for cell phone repair shops.
Created in collaboration with the shop owner, not based on a generic cashier template.

WHAT IT CAN DO

• Receive service units — customer name, phone type, complaint, technician, and spare parts used. A receipt is automatically issued with its own serial number.
• Spare parts stock — remaining stock is always counted. Spare parts used in service are automatically deducted from stock, eliminating the need for double-entry entries.
• Job status — Received, Checked, Confirmed, Processed, Completed, Picked Up.
Every change is recorded, complete with the time and who made the change.
• Daily sales results — service fees, spare parts sold, expenses,
and net profit. Viewable backward.
• Send receipts to customers' WhatsApp, and a status check page that customers can access themselves without having to call the store.
• Sell spare parts without service.
• Employees — cashiers and technicians — have their own accounts with their own access limits. Technicians cannot access the Money menu.

This separation is verified through automatic testing every time the app is updated. Data is stored on the server, so if your phone is lost or damaged, you can simply log in from another phone.
