With an assistant named Asih, you can ask questions about breast milk, breastfeeding positions, breastfeeding challenges, emotional support, and preparing for complementary foods (MPASI). Each answer is compiled from curated sources and follows WHO recommendations: exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months and continued breastfeeding with complementary foods up to 2 years.
