Amazing process so far, did have a hiccup when adding barcode and it added 3 different baby profiles lol the help desk helped right away to remedy issue 💜 our little jellybean images and videos are just mind blowing to see at 10 weeks 🍓! Can't wait for the next set of images!!!

All of my ultrasound images and videos are available on the app. However, I can't download them at all. It doesn't sit well with me that I paid to have HD ultrasound images and can't download or share any of them. How am I able to preserve my images if I can't download them? This is very frustrating. They are MY images of MY baby. This needs to be fixed.
