I had to log out because I wasn't able to see my ultrasound video and now it's not letting me log in at all. My wife is logged in her phone and she isn't able to see the video. My mother is logged in with limited access but isn't able to download anything at all.

I have been unable to log back in after the app forced me out. I reached out to customer support April 29th and have yet to hear anything back.

I love this App. Being able to rewatch my memories of my baby in the womb is the best gift a Parent can have. Thank you so much
