Life Insurance: 150,000 – 200,000
Administration and provision fees:
Administrative costs = 1,600,000 – 2,250,000
Provision Fee = 1.00% - 6.25%

Example of submission:
For loans of 100,000,000 with a term of 36 months for units in 2023, the fees charged are as follows:
Admin Fee: 1,600,000
Life Insurance: 150,000
Vehicle Insurance: 2,447,500 (TLO 3 years)
Monthly Interest Rate: 13.80%/12 = 1.15%
Installment amount: 3,928,000/month

Pawn House
Loan: IDR 300 million – IDR 5 billion
Tenor: 1 – 10 years
APR (Annual Percentage Rate): 24% – 27% per year
Property Insurance Costs:
Insurance Costs: 50,000 – 10 million - ~ based on the value and purpose of the building
Life Insurance Costs: 500,000 - ~ based on tenor, debtor's age, loan, health condition.
Administration and provision fees:
Administration Fee = 1% of Debt Principal
Provision Fee = 1.00% - 4.00%

Example of submission:
For a loan of 1,000,000,000 with a term of 120 months for Residential Units, the fees charged are as follows:
Provision Fees: 30,000,000 (3%)
Admin Fee: 10,000,000 (1%)
Life Insurance: 10,290,000 (Age 38 years)
Fire Insurance: 5,012,126
Interest Rate : 21%
Amount of Installments: 19,994,000/month
