Limited freebies for transfer to bank acc (max 3 if you put at least 150k as average balance in a month) , most expensive fee to top up your e-wallet among similar fintech (Rp 3500). Avoid slow wifi/connection when using the transfer menu, or it suddenly freeze the said amount for god knows when. The pro? Well ,you can chat and sending money with other nexmian , good app if you hv mistress perhaps.. 😮‍💨

If you use it for daily needs of paying bills and transfer money to others, then this app is good. It surprisingly super stable, considering it got a social media attached to it. But its usecase is still small.

Just recently download. Impressed at the first sight with the UI design. Try to top up using Mandiri Online Apps. Instructions very clear but was the top up was failed. Bank Mandiri Apps pop up notif came out, "MW-C0 Tagihan Sedang di Blokir. Silahkan Hubungi Penerbit Tagihan untuk bantuan" that created unpleasant experience for first timer. Send email to CS Support. Suggest provide WA link to easily chat with CS instead.
