About this app

QI Wellness Internal is the daily operations app for QI Wellness employees — specifically cashiers and therapists working at our outlets.

IMPORTANT: This app is not for general customers. Access is restricted to QI Wellness employees, and accounts are created by the company. The app does not offer self-registration. Without an employee account, the app cannot be used.

FOR CASHIERS

• Point of Sale — sell products from the outlet catalogue: pick items, manage the cart, check out, and print receipts. Cart contents persist across app restarts.
• Service bookings — create new customer bookings, edit existing ones, assign therapist and schedule, take payment, and print receipts. Supports manual discounts, promos, and vouchers at checkout, with a choice of payment methods.
• QR scanning — scan booking and voucher QR codes to verify them at the outlet, then update their status or print the receipt.
• Vouchers and promos — sell vouchers, verify a customer's voucher, review voucher sales history, and print voucher stickers.
• Transaction history — browse completed outlet transactions with full details, and reprint receipts when needed.
• Cashier shifts — open and close a shift, record starting cash, and view a summary of the current shift.
• Daily report — sales and cash summary for a single working day.
• Bluetooth receipt printer — connect a thermal Bluetooth printer, remember the selected device, and run a test print.

FOR THERAPISTS

• Clock in and clock out — attendance is verified with GPS location to confirm the therapist is physically at the outlet, together with a selfie photo. The app shows live GPS accuracy and only enables the attendance button once the location is accurate enough.
• Home — today's schedule and work status at a glance.
• My bookings — the list of bookings assigned to the signed-in therapist.

• Location — verifies that the when recording attendance.Location is only read while the attendance screen is open; it never runs in the
background.

• Photo library — selects a profile photo.

This app connects to QI Wellness systems and requires an internet connection.
