I just install and cannot make any pin because this verification number phone show up 2 times after i press make a pin button, the first time show up after i input my phone number and verification success,after that i choose make a pin number,after at the pin window,that window verification number show up again and i don't even make do anything about it,you can't go back to previous window,the only thing you can do is close the app and start again from beginning send your number for verification

My request on extension my driver license are stuck in 'terbayar status' for more than 2 weeks, i already chat the customer service in WhatsApp and the didn't answer my chat. I already pay quite a lot amount of money just for another test like psikotes that part of requirements to apply extension of my driver license but i got nothing. It feel like i got scammed from POLRI itself. Are POLRI really force us to go offline and bribery them just to extend our driver license ???. Very disappointed.

Plan ahead. ⏳ Area Issues: Some areas not recognized, had to pick up at the police station. Final Thoughts 💬 Overall, satisfied with the process and service. 🌟
