Terrible experience. As a first time user, I dont need the "package". I just need an hour to charge. You should have more option on your offer!

Don't use this power bank rental service, it doesn't provide any significant benefits, it's actually a hassle. It's better to bring your own power bank or charger. Power bank prices are cheap, easy to get and good. Almost all hangout places also provide power plugs.

If you plan to Top Up after download the App Don't bother because you need to buy a Packet First after Login in I have no time to buy Packet because there no Convenient store and it expensive!!! I just need 1 hour of charge and have money to Top Up but they said "first time user need to buy Packet first to..." Just let me TopUp without extra Steps
