SATOO streamlines community management—from running clubs and futsal clubs to social gatherings and hobby groups—in one app.

Chat groups alone are never enough. Member data is scattered, dues are collected individually, attendance is recorded on paper, and community funds are mixed with personal accounts. SATOO organizes everything into a systematic, transparent, and auditable system.

DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD
The SATOO membership card is a community membership ID used during on-site events. Each card has a unique QR code that administrators scan to record attendance on the day of the event — replacing paper attendance lists and preventing name-checking.

QR SCAN ABSENCE
One scan per person, for both the member using the card and the guest purchasing the ticket. Attendance history is neatly stored and cannot be double-scanned.

ACCOUNTABLE FINANCES
Every income and expense is recorded in a ledger that cannot be tampered with. Administrators can view balances at any time and request disbursements to verified community accounts.

PAYMENTS
Payments for event tickets and membership cards are processed through licensed payment service providers, with options for QRIS, Virtual Accounts from various banks, and bank transfers. Proof of payment and QR tickets are automatically sent to email without the administrator having to touch them.

All payments within SATOO are for memberships and community activities that take place in the real world.

Iuran: pengurus menetapkan iuran, anggota membayar lewat QRIS atau transfer, dan keduanya tahu mana yang sudah dan belum.

Kas Ranting: mencatat santunan dan pengeluaran lain, termasuk
pembayaran tunai. Anggota bisa ikut melihatnya.

Kartu anggota kini berbentuk kartu identitas, bisa disimpan dan
dibagikan.

Absensi bersuara dengan info peserta, daftar hadir per acara, serta
ekspor laporan ke Excel dan PDF.
