There is a product guarantee in Segari, so if the product doesn't meet standards or customer expectations, Segari will provide a really really fast refund or they will resend new items. The user interface and experience also good. If Segari always implement continuous improvement, for sure I will use this apps for long term and recommend to my friends :)

I paid more for the delivery services which is 1 hour delivery, and i had to wait for 3 hours. Amazing, next time dont blame other things for your mistake/ Delayed , if u can't take a lot of order at the same time, recruit more people. And if it's raining in ur Area warehouse, prepare a raincoats for the courier. What a shame. Also, this is my first order from this app, i uninstall this app after this happen. So inconvenience!

Segari had problem with Customer Service. They didn't help at all, and just answer like robot.
