Elevate - Digital Learning, Innovation, and Competency Development Platform

Welcome to Elevate, an integrated digital ecosystem specifically designed to facilitate the growth, innovation, and competency development of human resources (HR) within companies. Elevate is an interactive platform that combines knowledge management, self-directed learning, employee innovation, and professional certification in one place.

Through its intuitive, fast, and responsive interface, Elevate makes it easy for every user to continuously hone their skills, share insights, and gain recognition for their competencies. The following are the five main module pillars that form the core of the digital experience in the Elevate app:

1. Learning and Development (LND) - Training Planning & Submission. Career development requires careful planning. The LND (Learning and Development Form) module makes it easy for employees and managers to systematically plan, submit, and track training needs. Through this feature, you can search for specific development programs and submit training requests directly to the relevant department. Supervisors can monitor their team's training history, obtain real-time approvals, and ensure programs align with company goals.

2. Knowledge Management (KM) - Knowledge Management & Insights Center. Knowledge is power, and at Elevate, knowledge is shared for mutual progress. The KM (Knowledge Management) module serves as an interactive digital library where employees can upload, read, and share articles, journals, work guidelines (SOPs), and best practices from the field. Every contribution you make to knowledge sharing is rewarded through a KM (Reward Point) system. The more insights you share, the higher the points you accumulate. This encourages the creation of an organizational culture of continuous learning.

3. Innovation - Idea Incubator and New Breakthroughs. A resilient company is one that continuously innovates. The Innovation module is designed as an idea incubator for all employees. Have an idea for process efficiency, a new product, or a system improvement? Submit your idea here! Submitted ideas will enter the innovation pipeline for review by the committee. Users can track the status of their ideas from the submission stage to implementation. This feature gives every voice from across the company the opportunity to be realized.

4. Learning Station - Flexible E-Learning Portal Learning is no longer limited by the walls of the classroom. Learning Station is a comprehensive e-learning platform that provides a variety of course modules, interactive learning videos, presentation materials, and assessment quizzes. Employees can access training materials anytime and anywhere, adapting to their own pace (Self-Paced Learning). Each successfully completed course will be recorded in the employee's competency track record, complete with the issuance of a digital certificate indicating completion.

5. Professional Certification Institute (LSP) - Formal Competency Validation Formally prove your expertise through the LSP module. This feature integrates competency test scheduling, professional certification registration, and assessment portfolio document management. Employees who have completed training can immediately register to take legitimate and recognized certification tests. The system will provide notification of exam schedules and results. With LSP integration, companies can accurately map their workforce's skills based on verified certificates.
