SMART DE (Smart Disaster Early Warning) is a water level monitoring and flood early warning application connected to ultrasonic sensor devices.
The application displays real-time sensor readings from two SMART DE monitoring points. Changes in water conditions are displayed through four status levels: Safe, Alert, Standby, and Danger.

SMART DE helps users identify changes in water conditions more quickly and prepare for evacuation if conditions worsen. Water animations and changing status colors make it easier for users to understand the current risk level.
For all features to work properly, the app requires an internet connection and notification permission. Location permission is only used to display the user's location and help find the nearest evacuation point.
SMART DE is a monitoring and preparedness tool. Information in the app does not replace official guidance from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), local government, BMKG, or disaster management officials. In an emergency, always follow the instructions of authorities.
