About this app
Taskflow Mobile is a companion app to Taskflow for teams managing daily work—from reporting bugs and developing release plans to monitoring deadlines. Everything you do on Taskflow web is now in the palm of your hand.
WORK ON TASK
• List and Kanban board in one screen — swipe cards to move status
• Quick filter: priority, type, label, milestone, responsible person, or overdue
• Full details: markdown description, subtasks, replied comments, attachments, and activity history
• Attach images, videos, PDFs, or spreadsheets directly from your phone
WORK ON TASK THROUGH CONVERSATION (project tier Max)
• AI Wizard asks one question per screen until the task draft is complete,
complete with a feasibility score bar
• Task Generator builds a draft from a free-form story
• Task Explorer answers questions about existing tasks
• Chat AI combines the two into a single conversation
PLANNING
• Milestones with progress and a list of tasks within them
• Project agenda: a calendar of events and participants
• Labels to group work across statuses
STAY CONNECTED
• Push notifications when something is new Assigns or comments on your tasks
• Notification inbox with direct links to related tasks
• Project invitations arrive in the app
MULTIPLE COMPANIES, MULTIPLE PROJECTS
• One account can participate in projects with more than one company
• Switch projects at any time via the selector in the app bar; all screens follow
SETTINGS
• Dark and light modes
• Email and push notifications are managed separately
• Change name, time zone, and password directly from the app
THINGS TO KNOW
This app requires a registered Taskflow account and at least one project. Account registration and project creation are done on the Taskflow web.
AI features (Wizard, Task Generator, Task Explorer, Chat AI) are available for Max tier projects.
Reports and Gantt views are not yet available in the app—they are still available via the web.
