For international shipping using this apps will be useless, the postal code will not be recognized since they only have indonesia local postal code. Cash payment only, at year where almost every one have digital payment. Good luck with crashes also. Never made it to last screen during my booking. I really appreciate if you can fix this, from postal code,payment method, and crashes, not to mentioned bad UI and UX.

This is my first time using tiki to send a package, and im so disappointed. I send my package on 30 may and on 3 june its said departure, until now the package hasn't arrived yet, with estimation 4 june in web and 6 june in resi. I contacted tiki by email and it always said it will followup. But until now there's no action. I want to know where's my package now. Is it save or not. And is it already in destination city or not. I will not use this shipping services again.

This is my first experience using tiki apps for ONS, the package was picked up yet the resi number didn't appear and I can't track my package! The worst app ever. Will never use it again! Maybe 1 star is too good. I'd like to give it 0,25 star. The app sucks.
