About this app
Start with an image, then share an invitation — not a hidden tracker. ClueFox helps you request a voluntary location check-in with a clear purpose and an identified data recipient.
FROM IMAGE TO INVITATION
Choose a JPG, PNG or still WebP image using the Android photo picker. Preview it, add an invitation title and purpose, choose an expiry, then upload it to create a link. Selecting a picture alone does not upload it.
Share the link through WhatsApp, email or another installed app, copy it, or share an invitation PNG. You choose the recipient and send it yourself; opening another app does not mean a message was delivered.
THE RECIPIENT DECIDES
The invitation opens in a browser. Anyone with the link can view its picture without sharing location. The recipient sees the purpose and who will receive the data, and can decline. Device location requires browser permission and a separate final confirmation before it is sent to the invitation's owner. Denying permission does not start an IP-location lookup.
KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR INVITATION
Set an expiry, revoke access, or delete the invitation. Revocation removes its stored image and check-in data. Recipients can erase their submitted data using their receipt page. These controls cannot recall copies or screenshots other people have already saved.
Uploaded images are resized and stored as JPEG; embedded location metadata is removed. Visible information in the picture is not hidden. Avoid sensitive pictures and share links only with intended recipients.
LANGUAGE CHOICES
English, Indonesian, Spanish and Arabic are supported. Auto follows the device or browser language, with English fallback. A saved manual language choice overrides Auto; you can return to the system language.
CURRENT RELEASE LIMITS
A network connection to the ClueFox service is required. This first Play candidate has no ads, subscriptions, emergency features, identity verification or background tracking. Location can be inaccurate. Share links only with intended recipients.
