Public Reporting System (PRS) is a new approach by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) for Selangor Cyber Valley community on improving the quality of public services. This platform allows the locals to lodge complaint directly to PKNS regarding issues on public facilities and utilities.
The complaint will be directed to the corresponding department, and suitable contractor will be appointed to fix the issue. Notification on the status of the complaint will be periodically updated through this platform until the issue is resolved.
