منذ انطلاق موقع الموازي.كوم في سبتمبر 2006 نجح الموقع في تحقيق الأهداف التي تأسس من أجلها والتي هي التركيز وإلقاء الضوء على الشركات المساهمة غير المدرجة وذلك من خلال حصر وجمع اخبار ومعلومات تلك الشركات لتوصيل المعلومات للمستثمرين والمساهمين بمهنية عالية ومتخصصة إلكترونيا ، هذا بخلاف نظام الكتروني مرن وسهل يتيح للمساهم أو المستثمر بإدخال طلب شراء / طلب بيع على أسهم تلك الشركات المساهمة غير المدرجة . وتنفيذ الصفقات عبر القنوات الرسمية والقانونية ( البورصة - مكاتب حفظ سجلات المساهمين ) حيث لا يعتبر الموقع سوقا أو شركة مقاصة لتنفيذ تلك الصفقات من خلاله.

In addition to this, an easy and simple trading platform was presented for investors to buy or sell orders on these unlisted joint stock companies, and executing trades through official and legal channels (Stock Exchange and others) where the website is not considered as a market or a clearing company to execute these trades.
And today, almowazi provides additional services to its clients making all the above available on a mobile app for the two major platforms Android and iOS.
