DocOnCall connects you with online doctors registered with the Irish Medical Council for private consultations by phone or video call.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose the consultation you need, pick a time that suits you, pay securely in the app, and your doctor calls you at the time you chose.
WHAT YOUR CONSULTATION CAN INCLUDE
Where it is clinically appropriate, your doctor can issue a prescription to send to your pharmacy, a medical certificate or sick note for work or college, or a referral letter. Your doctor decides what is appropriate during the consultation.
EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
Your appointments and the documents your doctor issues are kept together in the app, so you can find them again when you need them.
WHAT IT COSTS
The fee for each consultation is shown before you pay, with no subscription and no membership. Payment is by card or Google Pay.
IMPORTANT
DocOnCall is a private service and is not a replacement for emergency care or for your own doctor. If you have severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, or any other emergency, call 999 or 112 immediately. Some medicines cannot be prescribed in an online consultation.
