Ratings and reviews

The usage shown is highly inaccurate. If you get an estimated bill say for November which is higher than your actual use, when they credit your account in December the app shows low usage in December, distorting actual usage. Also, usage shown sometimes for a single month, sometimes for at least two months, making monthly comparisons of usage, eh, useless! For these reasons you cannot reliably compare, say, this December with last December. In short, for electricity usage, the data is useless.

This app is only useful if you want see your previous bills other than that it's too buggy and useless... It keeps recommending to install Energia app, yes it sounds like after you install it it still advertises itself ... another issue, it regularly asks to take meter readings and you get this message everytime "Please note the meter reading you enter will not be stored or used to calculate your next bill" ... So what's the point!! This app is a disaster. It is Just to say they have an app

Can't login to the app. It does not recognise my username. I clicked forgot Username. I entered email address and phone number. I got the following message. "We’re unable to verify your details. Please check your email address and phone number." I then went to the website on a browser and logged in successfully on the first attempt.
