Edit: updated app with the update as of Dec 6. Useage area still not available..no idea what was in the update. For 5 months, a pop-up message appears saying they are aware of an issue with the useage section, and I'm shocked it's still not resolved. Would it not be better to remove that option from the app until the issue is resolved or that feature is properly developed. It's very dismissive as some people might rely on the feature especially as we enter the winter and a higher useage period.

The usage shown is highly inaccurate. If you get an estimated bill say for November which is higher than your actual use, when they credit your account in December the app shows low usage in December, distorting actual usage. Also, usage shown sometimes for a single month, sometimes for at least two months, making monthly comparisons of usage, eh, useless! For these reasons you cannot reliably compare, say, this December with last December. In short, for electricity usage, the data is useless.

This app is only useful if you want see your previous bills other than that it's too buggy and useless... It keeps recommending to install Energia app, yes it sounds like after you install it it still advertises itself ... another issue, it regularly asks to take meter readings and you get this message everytime "Please note the meter reading you enter will not be stored or used to calculate your next bill" ... So what's the point!! This app is a disaster. It is Just to say they have an app
