Was working great, but the last two months/ prescriptions can pay via the app as you keep getting an error notification. Ended up paying via the phone, and there is no reason to use the app as if phoning in payment might as well order prescription via phone also. App is up to date. Can someone contact me about this... as I never got a reply via the app admin. Staff in the store is always very helpful but doesn't know why it is not working for me.Now it's a very long time since the payments allow

App worked well until I changed phones a few days ago. Now I can't log in (I can't get an email to reset password), and I can't complete a new registration with a different email address. I contacted customer service but got no reply. Ordering my prescription online was time consuming enough (usually takes 24 hours to be filled), but I don't fancy having to phone the pharmacy each month.

App worked fine but the last couple of weeks has not worked at all. The only reason I use hickeys pharmacy is for the app. There are pharmacists closer than hickeys so I guess I'll go there instead. Good luck hickeys.
