The Hickey’s Pharmacy App is free and provides a convenient and easy way to order your prescriptions from your phone.

It’s easy to register and select the pharmacy location that’s convenient for you - you’re then ready to order your prescription whenever you want. In just a few simple steps order your new or repeat prescription and it will be ready to collect from your local Hickey’s Pharmacy within 1 hour (during store opening hours). For even greater convenience, there is a Click & Collect service, allowing for secure advance payment.

The app also allows you to order for your family.

Having trouble remembering when to take your medication or when to re-order your prescription? You can also to set reminders in the app.

Was working great, but the last two months/ prescriptions can pay via the app as you keep getting an error notification. Ended up paying via the phone, and there is no reason to use the app as if phoning in payment might as well order prescription via phone also. App is up to date. Can someone contact me about this... as I never got a reply via the app admin. Staff in the store is always very helpful but doesn't know why it is not working for me.Now it's a very long time since the payments allow

App worked well until I changed phones a few days ago. Now I can't log in (I can't get an email to reset password), and I can't complete a new registration with a different email address. I contacted customer service but got no reply. Ordering my prescription online was time consuming enough (usually takes 24 hours to be filled), but I don't fancy having to phone the pharmacy each month.

This is a brilliant app. From ordering your prescriptions from the chemist and getting a reminder to order them from the doctor to getting the pharmacist to contact you, its a life saver. Hickeys are amazing. The staff can't do enough for you and are always so helpful. I wouldn't use or trust anyone else for my medication and for my vaccinations. I really can't say enough good things about them. The dundalk branch are the best!!
