The intuitive user interface, live data analytics, and clean reporting enables the project team to work smarter, creating a seamless integration between site and office.

Obi® is a mobile site inspection / snagging tool used to raise & manage issues, snags and observations quickly and easily. Monitor progress, including photo evidence of close-out. This mobile application is to be used in conjunction with the Obi® platform.

What's New in Version 1.42.27
- New IFCO Classifications
We’ve added three new configurable IFCO types — Extra Snag 1, Extra Snag 2, and Extra IFCO — for more flexible issue tracking across projects. Enable them in Project Settings or Templates.
- Mandatory Occurrence Workflow
Projects can now relabel Health & Safety to Mandatory Occurrences, streamlining compliance tracking with updated roles, labels, and icons. Superusers can toggle this in Project Setup.
