About this app

Kollect Go is the official driver app for Kollect waste collection crews.

Each morning, drivers open Kollect Go to see their full day's route — stops, addresses, customer details and job types — all pulled live from the Kollect operations platform. No paper, no calls to the office.

Daily workflow
Start the day with a guided vehicle check-in: fuel level, odometer reading, walkaround, PPE, permits and insurance — all logged and visible to the Kollect operations team. Finish the day with a check-out that records end-of-day readings and any team events.

Stop-by-stop job management
Work through stops in sequence. Check in on arrival, complete the job, capture required photos, collect the customer's signature and submit a waste docket — all from one screen. The docket is generated automatically and attached to the job record.

Payment collection
Collect payment on-site by charging a saved card or sending the customer a secure Stripe payment link via SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Built for Kollect crews
The app is paired to a specific truck by the operations team — drivers log in by selecting their name from the scheduled crew. No passwords to manage.

This app is for authorised Kollect drivers only and requires device pairing by a Kollect administrator.
