NUACOM is a cloud-based phone system for businesses to handle calls with a unique experience, from a desktop app, mobile or IP phone.

The NUACOM mobile app allows you to make and receive calls from your own extension. It also brings some of our modern calling features, such as:

✅ Small Call Transfer: ability to transfer calls, using attended or blind function. You can transfer calls to colleagues or departments, or even to internal or external phone numbers.

✅ Team’s status: check your team’s status and connect to them with a single click.

✅ Call Recording: keep all your inbound and outbound calls recorded. Focus on your customer’s needs, not in writing down.

✅ Your Office phone number: make calls from your mobile, using your office phone number.

✅ Multiple Local / International numbers: choose your caller ID among local and international numbers within your business account.

✅ Shared or Private phonebook: view, edit or create contacts from your organization shared phonebook or from your private list.

What’s new

New Features:

SMS & WhatsApp Integration: We're adding WhatsApp as a messaging channel, alongside SMS.
Capabilities: sending/receiving media (images, audio, video, PDFs), message templates with variables, clickable URLs, thumbnails, and channel switching between SMS and WhatsApp in the chat view.

Added support for deep linking. Users can now initiate a Nuacom call directly from a link or by invoking a custom protocol such as tel:// or nuacom://.
