The app has many faults. Mainly when topping up and it asks do you want to top up there is no where to click yes. Also there should be multiples of 5 to top up by ie €5 €15 €25 etc then it skips from €50 to €100 which is ridiculous. App looks like little thought went into it
installed but kept getting message saying "unable to connect to topup now please try again" i have wi fi and 4g. when i did get past this i tried to login using my email and password but got message "user doesnt exist" so uninstalled this rubbish app.
I have only 1 issue with this app ... It does not give you the balance on your meter, I would love if this could be added as a feature to any updates Otherwise I find this app works great, log in... select amount.. top up, it couldn't be easier
This app was ok but recently I'm having trouble logging in. I just says error try again. Also it doesn't give a balance. Please try to fix this.
It was absolutely perfect up to today and now there's no Yes option on the Do you want to top up bit. What the hell happened?? I hope it's just a small once off blip.
Used to work great but now you have to keep resubmitting your details until it accepts them. When you go top up now there is no option to click yes you just have to guess. Needs a lot of fixing
