This app is one of the worst in compairison to all the other electricity apps , as there is no usage or any info available , it can only be used to top up , and doesnt even tell you your balance , now everytime u want to top up u need to keep entering your password..needs a update badly otherwise may need to switch compainies

Was a great app until the new yr. Now it doesn't send the top-up code back, so unless I'm at the unit or my husband is there to take a pic of the top-up code, we have to contact electric Ireland to get codes from them. It has taken money a few times and given no code as well, so had to wait a few days for refund to go back to my bank account. Bit of a nuisance really.

This is ridiculous. From new year I have to put password everytime I wannabe top up. It asking me for special code on card. And finally after all I need to validate payment with my credit card application. Problem is if I leave payg app than to validate. I have to log in again to payg and start all over again. Nonsense. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
