When I could no longer tolerate confusing statements I decided on prepay power. All went well until I had to replace phone and back card. No matter what I do I seem to get the failed payment every weekend. I have more than enough to cover the top up. It's hard to speak to anyone over weekends and nobody around to top up my card.

Not happy anymore, I've only had this since April and I've had a number of issues. But since the update and despite having all notifications allowed, I'm not getting a message to say when my balance is under €5.😠😠So right now I've nothing in my bank account and less than €5 on my prepay account. The stress and anxiety that causes me, I don't have a partner or anyone to ask for a loan to top up. I don't like the auto top up as I've been wanted against using it. I agree with the bad reviews too.

I am afraid I'm gonna have to rant. This app needs some button location tweaks. I had phone in my pocket unlocked. Somehow I managed to buy 40 euro credit when I really didn't need to. Easy to push pay button and a flash paid. And when the choice is always on the 20 euro icon makes it worse. I'm sure I'll still use the credit but not good to me when money is tight.
