what is going on with this app? Everytime I tried to go into it it would just show the picture of the power button and wouldn't load anything. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now it won't let me sign into my account and all my details are right so it's not that. when will it be fixed?

app sucks. the backend is mostly broken when I want to register new account. when u move in to new house, it doesn't let you register new account. very risky and u won't get power.

All I can do with this App is top up, view my profile and, when I clicked on home, it asked for details of my property. I unable to view my usage or any of the other advertised features. I don't believe that I am drawing a lot of electricity from the grid; however, my balance continues to drop like a stone My mobile is a Samsung A52.
