When I could no longer tolerate confusing statements I decided on prepay power. All went well until I had to replace phone and back card. No matter what I do I seem to get the failed payment every weekend. I have more than enough to cover the top up. It's hard to speak to anyone over weekends and nobody around to top up my card.

Just Awful - App still has no historical data despite being a customer for over 5 months. I can't understand how I'm projected to spend €390 in a single month, for a Studio Apartment, and someone who works in the office! 5 days a week. Worse than Pinergy I even switched from. Upsetting, all around.

I would never recommend it for everyone else, it just spends 10€ daily, when everyone is barely home. Even only fridge and small sockets are using it, it costs 10€ or more. Trully scam. Do not use this scam. When I was about to get this ****cancelled, customer support wouldn't answer at all. Poor service, poor quality, high costs = This is nonsense.
