Good in terms of keeping on top of your ESB usage and the saving option is a great addition. I think there should be a section to see how much ESB was used during a certain hour and the option for a notification for when off-peak and night-time rates start. I think that on the History of top ups, there should be the balance included before that top up. Like if I had €15 on my account and then I topped up by €50 on August 15th. I'd be able to see how much I had in my account before I topped up.

routinely refuses to open, especially when it has failed to send a low balance notification and the power has been disconnected, leaving me unable to top up to reconnect the power. just a useless, infuriating app.

I haven't used my heating in weeks. I rarely use my cooker. I do short 30 degree washes and avoid peak hours and still my cost hasn't gone down. 5 or more euro a day to keep a fridge running basically. the app has fake features you cannot click into. you cannot track your weekly spend and it glitches. the app is a load of rubbish. prepay power are greedy and you are actual robbery.
