one of the worst mobile apps I've ever used. It takes money from your account without activating the plan. It's very hard to find a way to chat with an agent. If you choose to call you'll need to wait until they open their office and drink their coffee. And even if you manage to reach them first you'll need to spend time speaking with a useless robot

HORRIBLE app im not going to lie. its been consistently down for me for MONTHS. it signs you out basically every time you open it. its extremely slow, and i dont know if its supposed to work without internet or not because it wouldnt for me, which seems extremely stupid as i always forget to top up until im already out of the house. when it works, its great!!! but it hardly ever does.

The app keeps charging me €20 even when I select a €15 top-up. This has happened 4 times over the past few months, and it’s really disappointing. I’ve double-checked the process and even have screen recordings showing I selected €15, so this doesn’t seem to be user error. It’s made me lose confidence in using the app!!
