Dreaming about the freedom of an RV or campervan road trip, but dreading the planning? Vanari is your smart co-pilot: it plans the whole trip BEFORE you leave. The route, where you sleep each night, the weather you'll get and what it's going to cost. All built around your vehicle, your dates and whoever is coming with you.

• Safe routes for YOUR rig: we work out the route using your motorhome, RV, campervan or travel trailer's real dimensions (height, clearance, length, width and weight). No low bridges, no impossible tunnels, no roads you can't fit through. That's the difference between a car GPS and navigation built for big vehicles.

• Where to sleep every night: real RV parks, campgrounds and overnight spots, with what actually matters: fresh water, grey and black water dump stations, hookups and whether overnighting is allowed. Compare your options and choose where to stop on each leg.

• Weather at every stop: the forecast for each destination on YOUR travel dates, with highs and lows, so you know what clothes and gear to pack before you pull out of the driveway.

• Trip budget: a realistic estimate covering fuel, tolls and overnight stays, so you know what you're in for before you leave and don't get caught out halfway through.

• Day-by-day roadbook: your trip split into legs, with links that open straight into Google Maps or Apple Maps and work with Android Auto and CarPlay. Every leg with its miles, its drive time and its stops.

• Change things on the road: while you're driving you can ask by voice, move or drop stops and recalculate. When something comes up, the plan adapts without you pulling over to fight with your phone.

• Cheapest fuel nearby: find the best place to fill up along your route. On a big rig that shows up on every single tank.

• Your profile, saved: enter your vehicle's dimensions and weight and who's travelling (passengers, kids with their ages, pets) once. Vanari remembers, and every new trip takes minutes to plan.

• Up to 10 saved trips: the long weekend, the summer vacation and that big one you've been putting off for years, all there whenever you want them.

• Six languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch and Norwegian.

Where does it work?
Vanari plans routes across Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, the UK, Norway and the rest of Europe. Works the same for a weekend getaway, a full lap of one country or a multi-week road trip across borders. You give it the start, the finish and the days; Vanari splits the legs, finds the stops and tells you the cost.

Why not just use a normal maps app?
Because a car GPS doesn't know your rig is 3.2 metres tall and 3.5 tonnes, doesn't know where you're allowed to park overnight, and won't tell you what the trip costs. Vanari isn't a spot-finder and it isn't a travel diary: it's the planning that happens before any of that.

Who is Vanari for?
Anyone travelling by motorhome, RV, campervan, camper van or travel trailer who's tired of having their trip spread across fifteen browser tabs, a Facebook group and a spreadsheet. It works just as well if you've just bought your first rig and have no idea where to start, or if you've been doing this for years and simply want those planning hours back.

You can try Vanari for free. If it clicks, the Founder plan is €29.99 a year, includes a 7-day trial and locks that price for life. It's for the first 100 only. There's also Vanari+ at €49.99 a year or €7.99 a month, plus a one-time payment option.

Who we are
We're Cuandeoro Limited, a small Irish company. Vanari exists because its founder bought his first motorhome without knowing what clearance meant, then discovered that planning the trip was more work than taking it. It's a newly launched app under constant development: if something's missing, tell us. We actually read it.
