Ratings and reviews

overall the app is clean, simple to use. However, there is absolutely no way to individually download bills. you can only share 1 bill at a time, so if I wanted to look at my spending over the year, I would have to, for example, share 12 different bills, each one attached to its own email..not very user friendly or efficient

The app shows the same usage every day and is not real-time at all. It reports energy usage even when no power is used. Data is delayed, inaccurate and not reliable, especially for day/night meter users. Needs serious improvement.

I would prefer to set up a weekly standing order, similar to my own level pay. I was of the understanding when I switched to yuno that this was possible, so i'm really disappointed to learn, it's actually not.

What’s new

Customers who wish to add another person to their Yuno Energy account can now find the required information by visiting the “Add a new person to account” section in My Account.
