Awful app and company. Bills marked as unpaid when you have paid. You find out how much your bill is when they debit your bank account, then a bill appears on the app. Gas is supposed to be post pay but it works the same as pre pay electricity. They hide the contract expiry date in the footer of your bill, which you are viewing on your phone and they don't email to say you are approaching end. You find out your contract is up when you suddenly get a huge bill. I have left and won't go back.

terrible app and customer service. submitted a gas reading on 3rd Feb 2026 in app, this reading must be approved before I can submit any new readings and as a result my last two bills will be estimated through no fault of my own. I have contacted them through the app several times, emailed customer care with no reply and have actually talked to one of their team by phone who assured me it would be fixed. that was on 26th March, guess what, still not fixed. 1 star for app and customer service.

Detailed app, but difficult to understand clearly. A few months later edit: Sticking with my original statement, the app is VERY unintuitive. It's made to seem like it's simple but you must change between tabs to understand how much is used, how much is owed, and how much you want to pay. A lot of psychology going on here. Now downgrading from 3 to 2 stars 👇 However, the actually price for electricity is not bad. I worked out the averages and it works out as expected.
