iKhokha is a mobile Point of Sale solution enabling business owners to accept card transactions via our range of card machines, which all work in conjunction with the iKhokha smartphone app.

Accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments, tender cash and mobile transactions, sell value-added services such as mobile airtime and monitor and track sales performance along with transactional history using the My Business merchant portal.

Simple and plain. Works as expected, took 2 day's for payments to reflect in our FNB acc. App has limitations if you use the app only and did not buy there pos terminal device. Customer support is good and they reply within an hour. But not very friendly. expect very short off reply without even greeting as seen with our one employee interacting with them these past 2 day's.

Complicated machine. I bought the Bluepad Card Reader. Doesn't appear in the list of machines. Absolutely no info. I spent the whole evening trying to figure it out. Who designed this app?? Also zero support on WhatsApp. I'm frustrated. Yoco is sooooo much better.

so many bugs with this app since the latest update. I've been battling to get the "tap on phone" service to work properly for weeks now. I've called customer service. they helped me sort it out the first time. now can't get it working again. Really affects my business as I trade from both home and an office but only have 1 machine which I keep at the office. App was working perfectly until the latest "improvements".
