Homies is a technological initiative aimed at combining a social goal with a business venture. Our social goal is to ensure the employment rights of all domestic workers in Israel and to allow household managers to pay their employees according to the law with just a click.

Many households in Israel employ domestic workers and are obligated by law to pay for their rights: pension, severance, vacation, and national insurance. Many households are unaware of how to calculate these rights and do not formalize employment through a work agreement. This issue leads to numerous claims currently being handled in labor courts.
