Not bad, does most of the thing you expect from such application. The main problem I have now is that SmartGrade devices were advertised as compatible with Alexa, but I was unable to locate set up instructions anywhere. Also there is few bugs resulting in cras and things like started turn off timer does not displayed in timers tab if you switch quickly

Seriously, one of the worst Ux I encountered. For starters, when I try to contact you through the app it will let me write all that I want and then delete all of it before NOT sending! Then, to get to shared devices I need to go through 5 screens when they should appear in the first one. Somebody who knows about ux should re design the whole thing. Very disappointed. Updated: made it one star due to lack of response from the developers and it actually became even worse!

No support for Alexa or Google Home - this is covered over on the box, so looks like this was planned and then dropped. Edited: updated to 4 stars, at long last in July 2021 the app now lets you set separate timers for off and on so this app now does function as a real smart timer and not just copying the limited functions of the AC remote control timers. Google Home is promised for August 2021, lets see if they deliver on this.
