We are ONE ZERO, the first independent digital bank established in Israel to create competition in the traditional banking system.

The bank offers residents of Israel (18 years of age and older) the opening of a personal or joint bank account and a variety of services:

What is needed to open a bank account digitally? An original ID card and a mobile phone with camera and microphone.

Ratings and reviews

The WORST customer service I've ever seen. No one answers. Tried the *6121 as you suggested but it is a service for opening accounts, and can't help.

Registration required manual intervention to complete, but okay. UI is acceptable but keeps resetting when you switch apps and the chatbot is outdated and unnecessary. The free tier is great and the payed tear comes with no commission usd/eur purchases which might make it worth it for some. It's better than pepper but only by default since pepper gutted their feature set.

It works, and does most of everyday tasks. But… it drains battery for no reason, 1.5% per hour according to Samsung's device maintenance utility. The interface is confusing and it takes time to figure out where the required option is. There is no option to get a confirmation when a direct debit is set up. The flashlight doesn't work when taking a photo of cheque while depositing it. Very outdated design, if we've had touch phones 20 years ago, it could have been considered modern, but not now.
