I used to purchase in this app until I realised that they have a very poor service. I received a wrong item. And I kept on writing the customer service (unfortunately there is no option to contact customer service than email). They will answer your email in a very short message with 1 request/question. You reply immediately in hope to get an immediate response but you will only get a response on the following day. Plus they don't give discount on the product that is on sale in the store.👎👎👎👎

It was great until I was parked long enough to have to pay. The payment would not go through for some reason, and all my car and payment information was deleted. When I put the information back in, it made no difference. Now it doesnt work when I go into the parking lot, and I have to pay full price. I've been in touch with customwr service, and they do not see any problems on their end, but when I do all that they tell me to do, nothing works.

The app doesn't work! I wasn't able to login or register. Login screen said that I'm already registered, but reset password didn't work because there's no such account and registration failed because I allegedly already have an account. :S
