What it does is you can make a payment, check the balance and the estimate how long it will be till next top up. The analytical side is not much helpful as to me it is overly complicated and not very user friendly. What it doesn't do is annoying me: every single time login in manually and after use there is no option "close app" so you have to do hard reset... Overall it's taken the burden of going out to the shop at all times and weather to buy top up so it's a step from XIX into XX century🤦

03/03/2023 - Useless. No idea how much i have on my account because the app is broken. I'd of thought they would have tested the app before they made everyone switch over to the new meters. Anything associated with "SMART" seems to be a huge step backwards. 02/05/2023 - Still have no idea how much I have on my account because the app is still broken. 26/08/2023 - Still broken. 20/10/2023 - Still broken..

if you use on average £60 per month and say have £7 on your account balance it will still tell you, that you have 20 some days till next top up. When Smart meter was installed it wasn't communicating with central, so modem had to be replaced, then still had some issues. Bottom line app is pretty much primitive, selling points were all about monitoring reall life energy usage, which it doesn't, but it is matching overall quality of anything made on or for the Isle of Man
