Ratings and reviews

I've had 0 feedback from the team, I've been debited for the password sms messages and received no feedback. I emailed them as well, 0 response. 2go seems to have been monetized past the point of functioning. It's essentially useless unless you're willing to run an entire other number for it. I cannot recall that I ever registered my current number, but since they say it has been and they don't respond to the PAID password reset requests, 2go is useless to me.

Recently became a decent user experience but with non-existent user support & no reliable account recovery process. GCs are still a practically useless virtual currency, make them useful (app themes like OG 2go, chat/bubble customisation in rooms, more emoji packs, potential is there). Notifications on Android are still not good enough. They should be /chat basis & grouped. Consider adding account age/ date joined to profiles too - it's actually needed on modern 2go. Good UI improvements too. 💯

The app is a fraud now, force you into the forgotten password, charge and deduct your money, and you will not get any password or reset password. Google should take this app down
