SubPay Log helps substitute teachers keep a private personal record of assignments, expected pay, district pay periods, and paycheck differences.

Record each assignment by district, school, date, pay unit, expected amount, status, and optional notes. Review what each pay period should include, compare expected pay with the paycheck you received, and keep clear
records when something needs follow-up.

SubPay Log is built for personal recordkeeping. It does not connect to district systems, scrape job boards, accept substitute jobs, provide payroll services, or provide tax, legal, or payroll advice.

Core features:
- Log full-day, half-day, hourly, and custom-pay assignments
- Organize records by district and pay period
- Mark assignments as unpaid, paid, short-paid, overpaid, or needing follow-up
- Compare expected vs received paycheck amounts
- Export personal records as CSV or PDF
- Keep records local-first without a district login
