About this app

Pando is the CRM for Belgian estate agents. From the first enquiry to the signed sales agreement, you follow everything in one app, on your phone and on your computer.

What you can do:
• Leads: enquiries from sellers and prospective buyers land in one place, from your website, your property portals, your ads or ImmoMakelaarVergelijker.be.
• Properties and mandates: your portfolio, with the status of every mandate.
• Viewings and calendar: plan viewings and appointments, linked to your own calendar.
• Contacts and tasks: who needs to do what, and when.
• Offers and sales agreements: follow offers through to the sale.
• Notifications: get notified on your device as soon as a new enquiry comes in.

Every agency works in its own separate environment. Pando is built in Belgium, by NextdoorSEC BV in Antwerp.
