About this app

Afloat is the business app for Indian service businesses and shops. Run the counter, bill your customers, stay on top of dues and file GST, all from your phone or tablet.

Afloat works the way your trade works. A car wash gets bays, number plates and a service desk. A gym gets members, plans, classes and personal training. A shop gets a barcode billing counter, products and stock. Each business has its own workspace, and the screens reshape around it.

SERVICE DESK AND COUNTER
• Take a job, work it and check it out from one live queue
• Scan barcodes with the phone camera or a Bluetooth scanner
• Keep billing when the internet drops: sales are saved on the phone and upload when you are back online
• Print receipts on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi thermal printers, or through the phone's print service

CUSTOMERS, MEMBERS AND LEADS
• One customer record with visit history, spend, vehicles or memberships
• Memberships, plans and packs that draw down automatically, with renewals
• A lead pipeline from new to won, with follow-ups and one-step conversion

BILLING AND DUES
• Receipts and invoices with line items, discounts and split payments
• Track partial payments and money still owed, and collect dues in a tap
• Quotations you can revise, share as PDF and track until accepted

GST BUILT IN
• GST-structured bills with HSN/SAC codes and rate-wise tax
• Export any date range to a GSTR-1 spreadsheet ready for filing
• Switch GST on or off per business

ACCOUNTS AND REPORTS
• Record expenses and income in your own categories, including recurring costs
• Daily sales, analytics and financial reports without a spreadsheet
• A financial-only Accountant role for your CA
